BERN GIVES AXTELL A SCARE, EAGLES IMPROVE TO 4-0 AGAINST INDIANS
Junior Byron Ronnebaum, a 38 percent free throw shooter, went 5/5 from the line in the second half, and finished with a game-high 15 points in Axtell‘s 50-40 victory over Bern. The Eagles outscored the Indians 18-7 in the fourth quarter, and Ronnebaum had seven in the final frame.
The Eagles (7-14) move on to play top seeded Hanover (19-1) on Thursday at 6:00 on KMZA.
