Sophomore Holly Kuckelman, on a bum ankle, finished with a team-high 15 points, 13 coming in the second half. She scored ten points in the third quarter and a trio of Nemaha Valley sophomores combined for 35 of their 49 points in the seven point win.
STRONG THIRD QUARTER HELPS NEMAHA VALLEY DEFEAT TIGERS 51-40
Senior Dane Brinker scored ten of his game-high 17 points in the third quarter when the Raiders outscored the visiting Tigers 17-10. They went from being up six at half to leading by 13 going into the fourth quarter.
